Day 28-29: To Vassdalsvik and Holand via Ornes

Last night, here is home. There was a car parked up between the trees but it was only in the morning that we noticed a house hidden behind the trees when the owner walked to his car. He didn't mind though and chatted for abit, he says it will rain.

Day 25-27: Saltstraumen to Skaugvoll via Bodo

Board the first ferry in the morning at 5-ish to Bodo. Kr180 and about 3.5hrs. Funnily majority of the passengers including me were lying horizontally on the seats and snoozing away... 

Norway: Attire info

I'm never in the right attire while cycling. This minute I could be sweating like mad and the next I'm cold again. Looking at the sky, you'll think a storm may be coming but its just the weather being 'very cloudy'. Well stripping and putting on more clothes have been a daily routine. 

Day 23-24: To Moskenes via after Klepstad

Follow the cycle route 1 (left) instead of main road (far right) as it is flatter and better scenery.

Day 22: To Sortland

From Andenes, the road map shows the west as the most scenic route. But many locals and even Max told me east is the better option. East, it shall be then. 

 

One of them actually mentioned that some days it can be very windy. And today happened to be the windy day... very strong head wind.
